Custom shuttle
Customize schedule of your own group. Beginning from the departure point with travellers can visit scenic towns on the way to the destinations. The price will depend on the number of travellers the distance and time needed in each city that you want to visit.
What you will get
- We only provide you with high quality and well-maintained van, minibus from Mercedes-Benz.
- We provide Door to Door service; means we pick you up and drop you off at your hotel or Airport. (Except accommodation in the centre of Hallstatt Village is traffic calmed and the vehicles entrance is permitted to residents only).
- Private transfers according to the time and route requirements of the customer and are not shared with any other party. As soon as the customer has met the driver, the party will depart with no waiting or additional stops.
- Free bottled drinking water on board.
- Free Child-seat in accordance with European law for child safety. (Please inform the age of children when booking).
- We can provide a travel confirmation certificate to apply for a visa. (please provide name-surname in English according to passengers’ passport).
How to book custom Shuttle
- Fill out the form to submit required information such as departure and destination, number of passengers, date of departure, phone number and email address. Once we get your email, we will contact you back about the availability as soon as possible.
- When the traveler confirms the trip, we will send information for travelers to pay a deposit of 50% of the total agreed price to final confirm the reservation.
- After that, we will send you the meeting point with the driver 3-10 days before the departure date.
- Pay the rest of the service fee with driver according to the actual number of travelers on that trip.

Cancellation
Cancellation of bookings must be notified in writing to Europe for Tour via email …
- cancellation more than 9 days before departure: full refund*
- cancellation less than 9 days or no-show: no refund
*A manipulation fee of 4€ is non-refundable in every case.In case the customer has multiple bookings and makes a no-show of their transfers, we reserve the right to cancel all the latter booking.
Changing the date of departure
The date can be changed for free earlier than 9 days before the departure or you can change the departure time until 2 days before departure date and must be notified in writing to Europe for Tour via email ….
*In the case of changing date more than 1 time. There will be a change fee of 4€ per person.
