Shared shuttle
When you book shared ride with Europe for Tour, you will be grouped with other travelers headed in the same direction, within the timetable. Price depending on number of travelers.
What you will get
- We only provide you with high quality and well-maintained van, minibus from Mercedes-Benz.
- We provide Door to Door service; means we pick you up and drop you off at your hotel or Vienna Airport. (Except accommodation in the centre of Hallstatt Village is traffic calmed and the vehicles entrance is permitted to residents only).
- Free bottled drinking water on board.
- Free Child-seat in accordance with European law for child safety. (Please inform the age of children when booking).
- We can provide a travel confirmation certificate to apply for a visa. (please provide name-surname in English according to passengers’ passport).
How to book Shared Shuttle
- Fill out the form to submit required information such as number of passengers, departure and destination, date of departure, phone number and email address. Once we get your email, we will contact you back about the availability as soon as possible.
- When the traveler confirms the trip, we will send information for travelers to pay a deposit of 30 euros/person to final confirm the reservation.
- After that, we will send you the meeting point with the driver 3-10 days before the departure date.
- Pay the rest of the service fee with driver according to the actual number of travelers on that trip.

4 passengers – 89 €/person
5 passengers – 78 €/person
6 passengers – 69 €/person
7 passengers – 62 €/person
8 passengers – 55 €/person
*Price according to the actual number of travelers on that trip.
*Since you will share luggage trunk space with other travellers, you may travel with only 1 luggage plus 1carry-on bag with Shared Shuttle.

Cancellation
Cancellation of bookings must be notified in writing to Europe for Tour via email …
- cancellation more than 9 days before departure: full refund*
- cancellation less than 9 days or no-show: no refund
*A manipulation fee of 4€ is non-refundable in every case.
In case the customer has multiple bookings and makes a no-show of their transfers, we reserve the right to cancel all the latter booking.
Changing the date of departure
The date can be changed for free earlier than 9 days before the departure date and must be notified inwriting to Europe for Tour via email …. Then we will let you know whether it is possible. This dependson availability seats of the new departure date.
*In the case of changing date more than 1 time. There will be a change fee of 4 € per person.
